USABID rules

1. An open state starts at $1.
2. A takeover must beat the current player's move by at least $1. You may move higher in one payment.
3. The largest active verified move controls the state. Challengers remain in that state's top five and history.
4. If two payments race, the larger completed move wins. The smaller move remains in the ranking.
5. A full refund removes that move from active control calculations.
6. Free votes are separate from territory control and limited to one vote per state, per day, on the same device.

Not allowed

• Illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or malware-hosting destinations.
• Impersonation, stolen brand assets, manipulated payment events, or misleading redirects.
• Player icons, names, profiles or battle cries that violate another party's rights.

We may hide or remove a destination that breaks these rules.

Payments

Polar handles payment processing, receipts, taxes and eligible refunds. A purchase creates an immediate in-game territory move. It does not buy advertising, traffic, impressions, leads or a permanent state.
