Privacy
What we store
We process submitted player names, icons, optional profile URLs, battle cries, state colors, verified move amounts and takeover history. We do not ask you to create a USABID account.
Payments
Polar processes checkout and billing information. USABID reads payment identifiers, status, amount, currency and player metadata needed to render the state. We do not receive or store card numbers.
Votes and operations
Daily free-vote choices are stored in your browser. Hosting and payment providers may process ordinary request logs and transaction records for security, reliability, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Requests
Privacy or removal requests can be sent to contact@ege.works. Transaction records may need to be retained even when a public player submission is hidden.
